If you're interested in becoming affiliates with any of my fanlistings, please read the following and then fill ot the form. =)
- I will only agree to affiliate if your site is related to my fanlisting's subject.
- Fill out every field in the form. I'll delete any email I get with missing info.
- The last field is important, since I won't necessarily know how your site's subject relates to mine.
